Pip, Sooty, Harrie and Socks were found when they were still very young kittens, left to fend for themselves with no one to look after them. Thankfully, they were brought to safety and have been able to grow up in a secure environment. Now, they are ready to discover family life and find their forever homes.

All four have their own very different personalities!

Pip and Socks, our two little girls, are affectionate, playful and full of life. They love their playtime just as much as they enjoy a good cuddle.

Sooty and Harrie, our two boys, are still a little more reserved. They have already made wonderful progress since arriving with us, but they will need a calm and patient home where they can take their time to settle in and build their confidence.

For Sooty and Harrie, having another friendly, confident cat in the home could be a real advantage and may help them settle into their new surroundings more easily.

Adorable mum cat

Snoochie is a great mum and such a gentle soul, her little ones are simply adorable

Threatened with euthanasia or at best a very uncertain future in a fourriere with a terrible reputaion, we felt obliged to take Snoochie and her 7 littles under our care, and we are so glad we did and this little family are so lovely and deserve the best homes

An adorable little family ready to find their forever homes

Beautiful Zinnia arrived with us while she was pregnant. Taking her into our care meant that she avoided being sent to the pound and, most importantly, didn’t have to give birth to her kittens in a stressful environment.

Safe and comfortable at the refuge, she was able to give birth in peace and security to two adorable kittens: Happy and Sneezy.

Since the day they were born, the two little ones have grown up alongside their mum, surrounded by love, care and attention. Today, they are ready to leave the refuge and discover family life.

🌸 Zinnia

Zinnia is an adorable young cat, gentle and affectionate. After doing such a wonderful job raising her kittens, it is finally time for her to have a fresh start of her own.

She deserves a new beginning, a warm and loving home, and a family who will give her all the stability and affection she deserves.

🐾 Happy & Sneezy

Born at the refuge, Happy and Sneezy have never been apart and have grown up together from their very first day.

They are therefore looking for a home together, where they can continue to grow, play, sleep and discover their new life side by side.

All our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for FIV/FeLV and wormed before being offered for adoption.

Two brothers abandoned together… who now deserve a fresh start.

Kenai and Koda were thrown into someone’s garden, left to fend for themselves with no clue as to where they had come from.

The homeowners, unsure what to do but wanting above all to get them somewhere safe, brought them to us in search of help and a safe place for them to be cared for.

Despite such a sad start in life, these two brothers are lovely little kittens, full of life, curious and playful.

Together through their first adventures, they are now growing up safe and secure and are ready to leave their past behind them.

After being abandoned as though they didn’t matter, Kenai and Koda now deserve to discover what it really means to have a loving family of their own.

A brave mum who now deserves a story of her own

After taking care of her kittens, Lumi and Layla, who are also still waiting for adoption, it’s now Nisha’s turn to find her forever home.

Around 5 years old, Nisha is a sweet and sensitive girl. She can be a little nervous at first and will need a calm and patient family who are happy to give her the time she needs to settle in and learn to trust.

Little by little, once she feels safe, Nisha begins to show her true personality. She doesn’t ask for much: a peaceful home, patience, kindness and lots of love.

Nisha has done a wonderful job raising her little ones… now she deserves to have someone take care of her, too.

An unexpected catch!

While we were trying to trap the kittens recently discovered in a roof, we had a bit of a surprise… When the trap closed, it wasn’t a kitten inside, but this big handsome chap!

Thinking it might be the kittens’ mum, the homeowners called us to come and collect her. But as soon as we arrived, it was pretty obvious that this “mum” was actually… a big handsome boy!

He wasn’t microchipped or neutered, and after asking around the neighbourhood, nobody recognised or claimed him, so we decided to take Jeff under our wing.

And what a lovely discovery! Behind his big tomcat appearance is an absolutely lovely boy, friendly, sociable and affectionate.

Unfortunately, his veterinary check-up brought us some less welcome news: Jeff tested positive for FIV.

Yet another one this year… Jeff is now the 5th FIV+ cat currently waiting for adoption at our centre in Sauveterre-la-Lémance.

But being FIV+ certainly doesn’t mean that Jeff can’t live a long and happy life. Just like all the others, he deserves to finally experience the comfort of a home and a family who will love him exactly as he is.

So perhaps the trap Jeff wandered into completely by chance actually led him exactly where he needed to be… onto the path towards his forever family.
