Why not me?

Sometimes, we have cats that get overlooked. They remain at the cat adoption centre week after week, patiently waiting for their chance with a new family and a new life.  We don’t ask for an adoption fee if the right family comes along, but you can always give a donation of your choice.

Sometimes they are shy cats in the adoption centre, but who will be carefree and friendly in their own home. Or they might be adult cats, when everybody’s searching for kittens.

And sometimes they have unique personality quirks that require a special family that is understanding and accepting of them just as they are.

Here on the left is the adorablle Suki.  Suki has not had good fortune.  She is black (!!)  she is born in 2017 (!!!) and she is FIV positive, BUT she is the most adorable cuddly girl who’d love to sit on your lap for cuddles all day if possible.

Sometimes there is just no valid reason why these adorable cats have not been adopted!

If you are the kind of person who, above all, wants to help those in need then take a look at our album of cats who simply ask, “why not me?”. Perhaps they will be the love of YOUR life.

Henry

Henry is a lovely big-hearted boy, found as a stray in Lauzerte. After finding shelter on a farm, he was unfortunately attacked by other cats.

He is a gentle, affectionate cat who loves human company, cuddles, and attention.

Henry is FIV+, which doesn’t stop him from living a happy life. He will need to live indoors and can only live with other FIV+ cats.

He is now looking for a calm and loving home where he can finally feel safe and truly cared for

Marnie et Tara

Marnie was abandoned, fending for herself and her 3 kittens, 2 of the kittens have found homes and Tara, the last one, is for adoption with her mum, they are inseperable.

Marnie arrived with us totally exhausted.  She is such a gentle girl who merits a warm, loving family home. Tara is great fun, playful and although timide, loves to have strokes and cuddles, she is just wary of people she doesn’t know.

Lucy Lou eand Rojo

Cared for by a man who suddenly died, Rojo and her mum (potentially?) had no one to help them.

No doubt disturbed by the event, they are very timid cats in any case and will take months to readjust in a new family.  A quiet calm environment is needed, and we would like them to stay together.
